Hi, I’m Linnéa Fältskog — welcome!
I’m based in Stockholm, Sweden, and I have recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design. I’m eager to grow as a designer, take on new challenges, and keep learning along the way.
Scroll down to get to know me both professionally and personally!
Background and my road to UX
I have recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in interaction design at Stockholm University, where I have developed a broad understanding of UX/UI design, usability, and human-computer interaction. My journey into UX grew out of an interest in both psychology and design — understanding human behavior and translating it into intuitive digital solutions. I began my higher education studies in psychology and crimonolgy, building an interest in human behavior. Later I found my way to Interaction design.
During my education, I have worked with everything from user interviews and prototyping in Figma to quantitative and qualitative analyses.
My design perspective
As a designer, I am driven by creating solutions that are both user-friendly and trustworthy. I see design as a way to build bridges between people and technology, where the goal is always to simplify and improve the user experience.
I like to work in a user-centered way and place great importance on research, testing, and iterative processes — because I believe that the best solutions emerge in dialogue with users. A particular area of interest for me is ethical design and avoiding dark patterns, as I want to contribute to digital services that not only work well but also treat users with respect.
This interest in dark patterns and ethical design, made me write my thesis on dark patterns in payment apps.
For me, UX is about combining analysis and empathy with creative problem solving, and it is precisely in that balance that I find my inspiration.
My strenghts
UX methods & research – interviews, user testing, quantitative and qualitative analysis, heuristic evaluation.
Design & prototyping – Figma (including Material UI guidelines), Axure, Balsamiq, Swift UI, Adobe inDesign.
Problem solving & analysis – experience identifying and improving user flows, finding pain points, and proposing solutions.
Project work – accustomed to working both in teams and independently, with planning, prototyping, and presentation of results.
Special interests – ethical design, dark patterns, and design for building trust.
About me
Outside of design, I like to be creative in other ways, such as painting, photography and knitting, or getting inspiration from culture in the form of museums, films, and music.
I also enjoy traveling, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with friends — and, of course, my dog.
